PURPOSE: A pad structure of an LCD module is provided to dispose narrow parts among adjacent pads in opposite positions while a portion of each pad relatively has a narrow width, and to form predetermined spaces among the adjacent pads, thereby realizing minute pitches by reducing the pitches. CONSTITUTION: Each pad(42) is designed to have a relatively narrow width as much as predetermined length with regards to a length direction. Pad parts having a relatively narrow width are vertically disposed in opposite positions among the adjacent pads(42). If an optional pad(42a) has a wide upper width and a narrow shape for a lower side, a pad(42b) of a next end is designed to have a narrow upper width and a wide lower width. Each pad(42) is designed to have a certain space to prevent a short among the pads(42) when the pads(42) are misaligned.
