PURPOSE: A fixture of a rotary soundproof plate is provided to intercept noise by a gap between a soundproof plate and a frame. CONSTITUTION: The fixture of a rotary soundproof plate comprises: an outer frame(100) installed between posts; a soundproof plate(200) fitted to a soundproof plate fitting hole(110) of the outer frame(100) and rotated by a hinge pin(210); and a packing(300) installed correspondingly to the soundproof plate of the outer frame(100) to fix a soundproof plate(200) closely and provided with a widening end(320) to prevent upward separation by guide grooves(311,312), a projected part(330) formed to be adhered closely to the end of the soundproof plate(200) and a hollow guide hole(340) formed longitudinally to have an elastic upper part of the projected part(330).
