PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical, safer clamping cover capable of preventing an operator from coming in contact with a nut engaged with a fastening bolt and a head of a fastening bolt projecting to an outside of a clamp and preventing from being caught by working clothes and a tool bag, when a pipe is fastened and held by the clamp, and easily performing turning works of the nut against the fastening bolt and easily adjusting difficult conditions in which an operator and an object are caught by the fastening bolt and the nut and possible conditions in which the nut is turned to the fastening bolt by a simple operation. SOLUTION: The clamping cover is a cover covering the outside of the clamp b which fastens and holds the pipe a, and a cover body 8 is rotatably arranged against the clamp b at a designated section of the clamp b. The cover is so constituted as to switch the state that at least the cover body 8 covers a fastening and holding mechanism 5 becoming a projecting portion of the clamp b fastening and holding the pipe a and the state that the cover body 8 does not cover the fastening and holding mechanism 5 by rotating against the clamp b.
