PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly perform rotational driving by improving rotational accuracy of a tool post and a rotary table. SOLUTION: The tool post is installed in a shaft part 4, and is rotatably supported, and a tool is supported by the tool post. At least a part of the shaft part 4 is housed in a support case 5, and a magnet 6 is installed on an outer peripheral surface of the shaft part 4. A core 7 is oppositely installed to the magnet 6 inside the support case 5, and a coil 8 is wound on the core 7, and is constituted so as to rotate the tool post by using force generated between the core 7 and the magnet 6 by supplying electric power to the coil 8.
