<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable setting of printing propriety for each document so as to prevent leakage of information by distribution of printed documents. <P>SOLUTION: When a user requests creation of a document newly, a document processor 11 creates a document consisting of data attributes and a data portion. When the user inputs data through an input device such as a keyboard, the data are edited.
