<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To spray a treatment liquid or a washing liquid to a lithographic printing plate by feeding the treatment liquid or a washing liquid to a spray pipe by a common flow passage without mixing the treatment liquid and the washing liquid. <P>SOLUTION: In an etching treatment device 10, spray pipes 14, 15 for spraying caustic soda or the washing water to an aluminum web W are provided on an etching treatment tank 12. Since common pipes 30, 34 for feeding caustic soda or the washing water to the spray pipes 14, 15 become down slope, the caustic soda or the washing water not sprayed from the spray pipes 14, 15 is discharged from first flow passage directional control valves 28, 32 by the own weight.
