PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently distribute contents by suppressing the redundancy of data acquired by each terminal low and reducing a total amount of data to be distributed when each of a plurality of terminals requesting one or a plurality of contents. SOLUTION: For the plurality of terminals requesting the contents, a group of terminals (the joint set of Us and [Ux]) is successively selected and division is made to a plurality of groups of the terminals. In the groups, multiplicity (Sim(the joint set of Us and [Ux])) is the ratio of the data size of the requested contents for each terminal belonging to the group of terminals, to the total data size of the union of entire contents requested by all terminals belonging to the group of terminals, exceeds a specific value (=1/εmax, whereεmax is the allowable redundancy of reception data at the terminal (the allowable maximum value of the ratio of an acquisition data size to the requested one))(S02-S08).
