PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sorting device whereby objects to be sorted can certainly be collected within the relevant collection boxes using chutes. SOLUTION: The sorting device comprises sliding surfaces 32a and 33a of inclined guide parts 32 and 33 provided on the lower edges of chutes 17 and 18, which surfaces come into contact with objects to be sorted 12 and are structured to have low frictional resistance to the objects 12, when the objects 12 are collected by entering them into collection boxes 16b and 16c arranged on lower steps via chutes 17 and 18. Thus, even when objects to be sorted are light in weight and have outer-covering with a relatively large frictional resistance, the objects are certainly collected within the relevant collection boxes without being left on these parts.
