摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for fabricating a photoelectric converter having high conversion efficiency and high productivity. <P>SOLUTION: A many first conductivity crystalline semiconductor particles 3 are arranged on a substrate 1 becoming one electrode, a second conductivity semiconductor layer 4 is formed on the crystalline semiconductor particles 3, and an upper electrode 5 is formed by interposing an insulating substance 2 between the crystalline semiconductor particles 3.
