<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately set the ticketing end time of seat reservation of a train in each station. <P>SOLUTION: On a vending machine 101 prepared on a platform 140, operation information of one or a plurality of trains is obtained via a communication line from an operation information management server 401, and seat reservation information of one or a plurality of trains is obtained via the communication line from a seat management server 301. The vending machine 101 displays a departure time and seat reservation status of one or a plurality of trains based on the obtained operation information and the seat reservation information, and tickets a seat reservation ticket selected according to the display.
