HOLLOW CHAMBER SHUTOFF IMPLEMENT FOR HOLLOW STRUCTURE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow chamber shutoff implement for a hollow structure which prevents the production of unpacked portions even if the sectional shape of the hollow chamber of the hollow structure is intricate while reducing the weight and cost thereof. SOLUTION: The hollow chamber shutoff implement 1 is provided with a first holder plate 2a formed in correspondence to the sectional shape 23 of the hollow chamber 23 of the hollow structure 20 and a second holder plate 2b for holding a foamable base material 3 between itself and the plate 2a. Only the one side face 6a of the material 3 is supported by the plate 2a in approximately the central region of the hollow chamber 23. Both side faces of the material 3 are held by the plates 2a and 2b in a projected region 23a which projects on the upper left of the peripheral edge of the hollow chamber 23.
