PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm a precondition of software to avoid generation of a problem in time of installation, uninstallation, or version upgrading of the software. SOLUTION: A computer device 1 reads data of an external storage medium 2, compares resource-related information 123 with resource-related information update data 202, and decides whether execution of the installation, the uninstallation or the version upgrading is possible or not. When the execution is impossible, an error message is outputted to an output device 13. When the execution is possible, the installation, the uninstallation or the version upgrading of the software is executed, and the resource-related information is updated.
