<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content viewing management server, a content viewing management method and a content viewing management system that enable an advertiser or a broadcaster to collect a viewer's viewing record and provide a service depending on the viewing record without asking a troublesome input operation of the viewer, in a two-way communication service. <P>SOLUTION: From a point server 18 in which viewing record information on broadcast viewers is recorded, the viewing record information is received. The received viewing record information is stored by viewers. According to the viewing record information, the viewers' records of viewing are counted as viewing point information.
