<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a service information distribution system, a service information distribution method and a program for service information distribution which realize batch management of the distribution of service information such as a television program, and carrying out of charging settlement processing. <P>SOLUTION: A service information distribution system 10 is configured to distribute service information from a client through the Internet to a user.
