The device has two coaxial hinges, each with two hinge units, where hinge units (14b, 15a) are connected to respective axles by a fixed mechanical connection, and hinge units (14a, 15b) rotate freely on the axles. The axles are placed in a support plate inside the levels, to allow disassembling of a lid and glasses, with 90 degree. Each level in the shape of C is laid out between units (14a, 15a) and units (14b, 15b).
