PURPOSE: A textile of a diving suit and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent the diving suit from being damaged by water and to improve the heat-keeping characteristic by radiating a far-infrared ray. CONSTITUTION: Compounding chemicals including foaming agent, filling agent, vulcanization accelerator, softener, vulcanizing agent and ceramic powder are mixed with rubber component in a predetermined ratio. Then, the mixture passes through an extruder so as to remove foam from the mixture and to form the mixture in a flat shape. After that, the mixture is introduced into a press. Foaming agent included in the mixture is foamed by applying heat thereto reducing pressure therefrom, so that a textile having a micro-cell therein is fabricated.
