PURPOSE: A confectionery product containing Acanthopanax Senticosus powder which increases the viability of cells, reduces stress and reinforces physical strength and tonic action, together with chocolate, wheat flour or the like is provided. The product is masked in the bitterness of Acanthopanax Senticosus while having the pharmacological action. CONSTITUTION: The confectionery product comprises 60 to 70% by weight of wheat flour, 10 to 15% by weight of powder of Acanthopanax Senticosus(Rupr. et Maxim.) Harms and 15 to 30% by weight of chocolate. For an example, wheat flour is kneaded with water and Acanthopanax Senticosus powder, formed into a specified form and then baked in an oven. Then, the baked confectionery is coated with chocolate and dried. |
