PURPOSE: A system for relaying the demand/supply of a heavy equipment, a delivery car, and an empty return car is provided to make a demander select a supplier matched with a condition and contact with the supplier after the direct inquiry by registering the delivery service supply information received through a telephone of car owner and an operator to a web server. CONSTITUTION: A delivery service supplier(10) registers as a member by selecting a delivery category through the telephone or the Internet. The supplier and the demander(40) registered as the member update a specification of the delivery service to be supplied. If the demander searches the supply information by connecting to the web server(20) through the Internet, the web server outputs a target member list by searching the member satisfying the corresponding information from a registered member database. As the demander selects a proper condition by giving a call to the delivery service supplier of the list, the direct transaction is realized.
