PURPOSE: An LCD panel is provided to comprise a static electricity prevention element connected between at least one of signal lines and supply lines and a common line. CONSTITUTION: An LCD panel consists of a display area(32) having plural liquid crystal cells and a non-display area where a test pad portion is located. The display area(32) comprises gate lines(GL), data lines(DL) crossing the gate lines(GL), TFTs formed in crossing portions of the gate lines(GL) and the data lines(DL), and liquid crystal capacitors(Clc) connected to the TFTs. Each of the gate lines(GL) receives gate signals from a gate driving circuit, and each of the data lines(DL) receives data signals from a data driving circuit.
