PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the appearance quality of a headrest and to facilitate housing of the headrest in a seat back by preventing the bridging state of a cover. SOLUTION: The headrest 10 is obtained by covering a cushion body 13 nearly L-shaped in a view from a side face with a cover 12 obtained by sewing a plurality of skin pieces 12a, 12b and 12c to be shaped like a bag and having an opening part 12d at its one edge. An engaging member 20 is fixed to the inside of the curved part of the cusion body 13, and members 15, 16, 17 and 18 to be engaged, provided at the opening part 12d of the cover 12 are engaged with the engaging member 20.
