An intervertebral cage 41 of the present invention is comprised of a main body 43 defined by an upper surface 43 E, a lower surface 43 D, a pair of side surfaces 43A, 43B; and withdrawal prevention means formed on the upper and/or the lower surfaces of the main body 43 and asymmetrically in a sectional side view. The withdrawal prevention means regulates an insertion direction of the intervertebral cage 41.
