PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an employee management system capable of appropriately evaluating the work contents of each employee of a game parlor. SOLUTION: The employee management system 1 is provided with portable terminal equipment 5 which is carried by each employee and transmits intrinsic identification information and work information indicating the kind of work performed by the employee. Also, the employee management system 1 is provided with a calling device 2 which receives the work information transmitted from the portable terminal equipment 5, also receives game condition information transmitted from a game machine 100 and transmits work relating information to a management device 4 on the basis of them. The management device 4 prepares evaluation data for evaluating the employee on the basis of the work information or the like received from the portable terminal equipment 5. In the evaluation data, evaluation based on the number of times of the work for each work kind and the evaluation based on the coping time of the work from the occurrence of game conditions or the like to be a trigger of the work until the work is performed or until the work is ended at the time of performing the work are included.
