PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a built-in antenna for mobile communication for reducing the SAR (Specific Absorption Rate) without deteriorating the antenna characteristics. SOLUTION: Since a magnetic member 5 is provided to a side face of the built-in antenna 1 for mobile communication by providing the magnetic member 5 to an insulating support member 11 for supporting at least a peripheral part of a conductor plate 2 acting like a radiation part in a closely attached way, unnecessary electromagnetic waves leaked from the side face of the built-in antenna 1 for mobile communication are shielded resulting in reducing the SAR. As a result, the electromagnetic wave in the vicinity of a mobile phone, in particular, the electromagnetic wave locally having a high strength can be reduced and almost no effect is given on the electromagnetic waves in a remote field.
