PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a syringe assembling apparatus capable of assembling a plurality of syringes, and also rapidly changing-over the type of the syringe to be assembled. SOLUTION: A first processing turret 80, a second processing turret 120, and a third processing turret 160 are provided with a plurality of component holding parts to be adapted to the component of a different type of syringe on the outer circumference. A first loading turret 20 for feeding gaskets and a fourth loading turret 110 for feeding barrels is provided with one kind of component holding part on the outer circumference. The component holding parts which have the same type of the holding components in common are coincident in phase among a plurality of component holding parts of the processing turrets. A third loading turret 60 for feeding plunger rods is provided with a plurality of component holding parts in the outer circumference. The component holding parts which have the type of the holding components in common are coincident in phase among a plurality of component holding parts concerning the processing turrets.
