<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile radio system having integrated automatic toll payment function, narrow band communication function and vehicle-to-vehicle communication function. <P>SOLUTION: This system comprises ETC communication means 13 and 17, DSRC communication means 14 and 18, and vehicle-to-vehicle communication means 15 and 19. When a vehicle enters a communicable area with a roadside radio device while a user is performing DSRC communication or vehicle-to-vehicle communication, an ETC signal monitoring part 21 transmits a switching signal a to a communication control part 20. The communication control part 20 switches the DSRC communication or vehicle-to-vehicle communication which was performed till then to ETC communication to preferentially perform the communication with the roadside radio device of a tollgate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
