PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle driving device capable of enhancing operability and safety when a vehicle is driven by making it possible to perform fine adjustment of the turning quantity with a simple configuration by turning steering wheels. SOLUTION: The vehicle driving device 1 has a first lever 11 and a second lever 12. The operational quantity of the first lever 11 is detected by a first operational quantity detection means 12, and the operational quantity of the second lever 12 is detected by a second operational quantity detection means 22. The first operational quantity detected based on the operation of the first lever 11 is defined as a main value, and the turning quantity of steering wheels W and W is determined by adding a low gain signal with reduced gain of the second operational quantity detected by the operation of the second lever 12 to the main value.
