PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple method for producing tetrabenzylthiuram disulfide, without giving a byproduct and excellent in economical property in a high yield. SOLUTION: This method for producing the tetrabenzylthiuram disulfide is characterized by performing the reaction of benzylamine with carbon disulfide by (2:1) ratio in the presence of an organic solvent, water and a surfactant to produce an amine salt, then performing the reaction of the produced amine salt with an equi-molar carbon disulfide and an oxidizing agent.
