<p>A method of measuring "an oxidized LDL-CRP complex" in a body fluid characterized by using "an anti-CRP antibody". In this method, it is preferable to use "an anti-apoB antibody and/or an anti-beta2-GPI antibody". It is preferable that the method involves at least the step of forming a sandwich-type complex represented by "anti-apoB antibody and/or anti-beta2-GPI antibody"-"oxidized LDL-CRP complex"-"anti-CRP antibody". It is also preferable that one of "anti-apoB antibody and/or anti-beta2-GPI antibody" and "anti-CRP antibody" is bonded to a solid phase. According to this measurement method, "an oxidized LDL-CRP complex" contained in a body fluid can be conveniently, quickly, easily, highly sensitively, highly accurately and economically measured.</p> |
