PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of a diagnosing system by increasing frequency of determining abnormalities, by determining abnormalities (leakage) by forcibly putting an evaporated fuel control passage into a negative pressure state with a negative pressure pump when an internal combustion engine stops, and reducing time required for abnormality determination from the stopping of the internal combustion engine, in an evaporated fuel controller of the internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: The evaporated fuel controller has an inner pressure detecting means for detecting tank inner pressure in a fuel tank and an atmosphere opening passage for opening a canister to atmosphere. The atmosphere opening passage is provided with the negative pressure pump for putting the inside of the fuel tank into the negative pressure state during an operation and a pre-canister on the atmosphere opening end side of the negative pressure pump, and a control means having an abnormality determining part for determining abnormality in the evaporated fuel control passage by diagnosing variation of the tank inner pressure in the fuel tank by operating the negative pressure pump.
