PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a saddle cover-cum-back rest functioning as the saddle cover for preventing smudge of a saddle during parking and used as the back rest (a backrest) during traveling with regard to use of a bicycle, a motorcycle and the like. SOLUTION: A backrest plate 7 capable of falling down forward with a hinge part 4 provided behind the saddle of the bicycle, the motorcycle and the like as a fulcrum is provided and is used as the saddle cover for preventing the smudge of the saddle by folding forward the backrest plate 7 during parking. The backrest plate 7 can be used as the back rest (the backrest) by erecting and holding the backrest plate 7 by raising the backrest plate 7 upright during traveling, preventing falling down backward by a stopper part 5.
