<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiator grille mounting structure of a saddling vehicle capable of preventing the influence of deformation or damage caused in the grille on a radiator body, thereby reducing repair cost. <P>SOLUTION: A radiator body 58 is placed in front of an engine, and the grille 71 is placed in front of the radiator body 58. All of the supporting parts 75, 81 of the grille 71 are connected to the radiator body 58 through a vehicle body frame 12.
