PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize stabilization control of output voltage of a pulse transformer without using a photocoupler having a possibility of characteristic deterioration in an isolated switching power supply unit. SOLUTION: This isolated switching power supply unit, comprising a DC power supply 1; a switching element 2 switching the DC power supply 1; the transformer 3 having a primary winding n1 connected in series; a rectification and a commutation rectifying elements 5, 6 connected to a secondary winding n2 of the transformer 3; a smoothing inductor 7 connected to both the rectifying elements 5, 6; a smoothing capacitor 8 connected to the other side of the inductor 7; and a circuit 4 for driving and controlling the switching element 2, converts a signal synchronous with a primary switching operation from the secondary side of the transformer 3 into a peak-to-peak value corresponding to an output voltage and feeds it back to a primary control circuit 4 with the pulse transformer 18, thus realizing the stabilization control of the output voltage.
