<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective cover in which repeated uses are possible, and in which an electric wire support of suspension insulator can be insulated and encapsulated completely by following tilting and wobble of the electric wire. <P>SOLUTION: A cover main body 1 to cover the electric wire support side of the suspension insulator and protective pipes 2 of the electric wire in which coupling parts 21 of one end side are rotatably coupled respectively to both sleeve parts 11 of the cover main body 1. Furthermore, the cover main body 1 and the protective pipes 2 are torn apart vertically, mutually opposing both brim parts in which a part except the center part of the upper face part 12 and a part except the coupling parts 21 of the protection pipes of the cover main body 1 are formed at joint edges 12a, 12b and 22a, 22b erected capable of junction, and a notched part 13a cut from the both brim parts facing the center part is mutually opposed and installed so that an opening 13 can be formed at the center part on the top face. Furthermore, the inner face of the both sleeve parts 11 of the cover main body 1 is formed in joint face parts 14a, 14b contacted with the electric wire support and the coupling parts 21 of the protective pipes 2, and the coupling parts 21 of the protective pipes 1 are provided with a peripheral face part 21a which can be contacted with the joint face part 14b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
