<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange device for an immersion bucket enabling more efficient and rapid heat exchange by advancing both of transportation of a work and progress of heat exchange through immersing a reversal bucket in a heat exchange tank, forming a heat-exchange atmosphere of the work so as to comprise a turbulent area caused by collision jet stream composed of a gas-liquid mixed medium. <P>SOLUTION: This unit-type heat exchange device for the immersion bucket comprises the following parts: the heat exchange tank 10 storing heating media 10a and provided with a plurality of heat-exchange partition parts S1, S2, S3-Sn formed by dividing the inside of the tank by partitions 12; turnover buckets 11, 11 where works 20 are stored in each of the heat-exchange partition parts; gas-liquid mixture parts 13, 13 arranged at the lower parts of the respective heat-exchange partition parts S1, S2, S3-Sn; a heating medium circulation path 19 comprising a parallel passage 14 supplying the heating media 10a to the gas-liquid mixture part 13, and a trunk line passage 15 comprising a heating medium circulation pump 16 and a heat exchanger 17; an open air supplying path 18 supplying open air via an open-air filter 18a; a work input part 23; and a downstream-side carrying out part 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
