PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To instantly wipe out a washer liquid jetted out to a windshield surface in high-speed drive. SOLUTION: When a wiper blade is operated in linking with the operation of a washer switch for jetting out the washer liquid, the wiper blade can be operated speedily by rotating a wiper drive motor speedily when a vehicle speed detected by a vehicle speed sensor is equal to or more than a specific value (step S50), thus instantly wiping out the washer liquid jetted out on the window glass surface in high-speed drive.
