APPLICATION TOOL AND APPLICATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application tool which can uniformly discharge a coating liquid in the longitudinal direction of the tool and an applicator having the tool. SOLUTION: In the application tool having a tool body 1 in which head part elements 2 and 3 are combined, a slot 4 communicating with the tip face of the tool body 1 is formed by the sides 2a and 3a of the elements 2 and 3 arranged to face each other, and the coating liquid supplied to the tool body 1 is discharged through the slot 4. The elements 2 and 3 are formed from a cemented carbide, and at least the tip parts of the elements 2 and 3 are formed from ultra-fine cemented carbide particles (which is) 1μm or below in particle size.
