PURPOSE: A PSK modulation method using a communication pulse and an apparatus using the same are provided to perform a PSK modulation process the communication pulse including a sine wave and a cosine wave. CONSTITUTION: A PSK modulation method using a communication pulse includes a pulse modulator and a controller. The pulse modulator(110) is used for generating a modulation wave of a communication pulse. The modulation wave is obtained by a mathematical expression such as s(t)={Acos(w0t+Bsin(w0t))}xg(t)} and the square root of A¬2+B¬2 is 1 where A and B are amplitudes, t is time, w0 is frequency, g(t) is Gaussian pulse, a is time delay, and s(t) is modulation wave. The controller(130) is used for producing the phase information corresponding to a predetermined phase modulation method and controlling the pulse modulator to modulate the communication pulse by using the phase information.
