PURPOSE: A fabrication method of a light guide plate is provided to form grooves or projections of a fine pattern plate through a photolithography process, so that embossed patterns or intaglio patterns of the light guide plate can have fine patterns. CONSTITUTION: An upper frame(64) having different heights of one side end and other side end is disposed. A fine pattern plate(80) is disposed, wherein plural grooves or projections(52) are formed on a surface of the fine pattern plate(80) by using a photolithography process. The fine pattern plate(80) is inserted into a lower frame(62) such that the plural grooves or the projections(52) can be opposite to the upper frame(64). A light guide plate forming material is injected between the upper frame(64) and the lower frame(62).
