PURPOSE: A method for offering a customized service using customer information is provided to maximize customer satisfaction by offering only the information needed from a customer, and manage a car best by offer an expiration service, a repair time informing service, and a total car information offering service to the customer. CONSTITUTION: A salesman connects to a server by using a client through the Internet(S100). After login, the salesman inputs the detail information for the customers of the salesman(S300). The salesman information and the customer information are stored in a salesman database and a customer database(S400). It is confirmed that the salesman performs a customer information offering service(S500). If the salesman wants to offer the information, the customized information for the customer's car is offered by using the customer database(S600). The additional customized information is offered to the customer receiving the car information by using the customer database(S700).
