PURPOSE: A method for offering the AD(ADvertisement) information on a contents proving server is provided to selectively offer the AD information or the AD schedule information to a terminal after deciding a time point for offering the AD information and the AD schedule information to the terminal through the network. CONSTITUTION: The AD contents are stored in a contents database by using a management server system(S10). The AD schedule is changed by generating the AD schedule information of each time zone and the AD information is uploaded to an FTP(File Transfer Protocol) server(S12). The update of the AD schedule information is informed to a client(S13). The FTP server transmits the information to a downloader if the client requests the download of the AD schedule information, and the downloader displays the schedule information through the terminal(S15). In case of the reserved download for the AD information, the download date/time are inputted to the FTP server(S18). As the FTP server transmits the download date/time to the downloader, the management server system transmits the AD information to the reserved time to the downloader, and the downloader displays the Ad information through the terminal(S19).
