<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic license plate recognizing system equipped with a function that can check abnormal conditions (dishonest falsification of information, deletion of the information, and the like) in a vehicular side, detecting the abnormal conditions at a stage where a vehicle owner does not know the abnormal conditions, preventing abuse caused by removing, and enabling the safe use of the electronic license plate. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic license plate recognizing system includes the electronic license plate 10 having a license plate body 12 and an electronic unit 11, and attached to the outside of a vehicle; and a vehicular interior communicating module 22 installed in a vehicular interior. The electronic unit 11 is equipped with an ROM15 for memorizing vehicular information, and the vehicular interior communicating module 22 is equipped with an ROM318 for memorizing basic vehicular information that becomes the base of the vehicular information in the inside of the vehicle. A comparing means for comparing the vehicular information memorized in the electronic license plate with the basic vehicular information memorized in the vehicular inside is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
