PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a valve from sounding by making it hard for a valve element to receive the effect of fluid flow in the opened state of the valve. SOLUTION: A movable collar member 30 surrounding the tip side outer periphery of the valve element 20 in the opened state of the valve is installed in a valve housing 11 displaceably to both the axial and radial directions. The movable side frictional surface 30C of the movable collar member 30 is pressed against the fixed side frictional surface 11B of the valve housing 11 by a spring force. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
