PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable not only recording of an accident but also confirmation of a road traveling event, in occurrence of the accident, by a video camera set within an automobile, and the automatic report of an emergency contact in the accident. SOLUTION: This device comprises an imaging device for successively overwriting and storing dynamic image data of the circumferential state of the automobile and dynamic image data of the traveling road state from a navigation and a report device.
