PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery management method and a delivery management program for preventing delivery of a cargo to erroneous destination.

SOLUTION: Each store is provided with a store bar code 45 recording a store identifier. A driver terminal unit 31 that a driver using a transportation vehicle uses at a store of commodity delivery destination is provided with a bar code reading means and stores instruction data having a store identifier of the store in which commodity is delivered. The driver terminal unit 31 reads the store identifier of the store bar code 45 by a bar code reading means and collates it with a store identifier extracted from the instruction data.
