PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a block-like stacked body and a disposal facility of rainwater or the like using the block-like stacked body allowing the efficient and wide use of a limited storage space, having excellent mechanical strength and changeable in width, depth and length to easily follow the difference of plane area and volume. SOLUTION: A plurality of uneven plates 20 are plate members with strip recessed parts 22 and projecting parts 21 alternately repeated on the front face and rear face. The recessed parts 22 and projecting parts 21 include corrugated shape parts skew in at least two different directions to the outline shape of the uneven plates 20. The plurality of uneven plates 20 are sequentially stacked so that the respective recessed parts 22 and projecting parts 21 intersect at the mutual facing faces of the adjacent uneven plates 20, and connected to each other at the contact parts 23 of the projecting parts 21.
