PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely monitor a theft when a monitoring object of theft is a take-along. SOLUTION: This theft monitoring system 100 for monitoring the theft of the take along 80 of a moving person 40 comprises a radio tag 30 for radio-transmitting an identification signal for identifying the take along 80, which is mounted on the take along 80, and the theft monitoring device 20 carried by the moving person 80.
