<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating body allowing an increase in sealability against lubricant and pressurized water and a reduction in size and a speed reducer. <P>SOLUTION: This rotating body comprises a fixed member 1, a rotating member 2 rotating relative to the fixed member, a bearing 3 installed between the fixed member and the rotating member, and the seal member 5 disposed near the bearing so as to seal a clearance between the fixed member and the rotating member and having a main lip 32b and an auxiliary lip 35. The seal member 5 is formed so that the main lip is brought into slidable contact with the rotating surface 20 of the rotating member, and the auxiliary lip is brought into slidable contact with the bearing end face 3d of the bearing orthogonal to the rotating axis thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
