<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disc brake device for a motorcycle capable of securing braking force and capable of being reduced in size. <P>SOLUTION: In this disc brake device 10 for the two-wheeled vehicle, a part 105 of a piston 56 is projected outward from the outer peripheral edge 35 of a brake disc 33, an outer pad 90 and an inner pad 95 are prevented from being extruded from the outer peripheral edge 35 of the brake disc 33, and the portions 67 of an outer back metal 65 and an inner back metal 75 corresponding to the piston 56 are formed by tracing the piston 56. The other portions 68 are formed by tracing the outer peripheral edge 35 of the brake disc 33, and a bridge part 53 is formed by tracing the back metals 65 and 75 to project a part 54 of the bridge part 53 from the piston 56 to the inside. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
