<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LNG carrier operation management method and a system for preparing a ship delivery plan speedily and facilitating change of the plan in actual operation. <P>SOLUTION: An operation management device 24 prepares the ship delivery plan receiving LNG transported by an LNG carrier 11 at a plurality of reception bases and including unloading at many ports by utilizing information communication with LNG reception bases 12A, 12B, an LNG receive base 15, and LNG shipment bases 13A, 13B and information stored in a data base. The prepared ship delivery plan and results of calculation of unloading amount of LNG and remaining amount in an LNG tank are informed by information communication. The ship delivery plan satisfying various restriction conditions can be speedily and easily prepared. In actual operation, this system receives a current position of each LNG carrier 11 and changes the plan easily and inform it by utilizing data base and information communication if the plan must be changed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
