<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To makes it possible to prompt to create a minutes quickly, while securing certainty and secrecy of meeting minutes creation. <P>SOLUTION: A minutes memory section 30 memorizes a plurality of minutes under preparation together with information on combination of professionals which is set differently for every minute. A professional information storage section 32 memorizes professionals' mail addresses. A minutes of minutes memory section 30 is presented to a professional who is a minutes originator in a state closed from other than the originator. When each minutes is updated responding to writing to each minute, an e-mail which notifies that writing is made is transmitted to a professional who is set as a partner in each minutes using the mail address of the professional information storage section 32. When the minutes is completed, processing to make the minutes open is taken place.
